So I am officially back in action. I took a little hiatus because I was basically wheezing and coughing just from living. But I'm back. I worked out yesterday and today--doing 75 minutes of cardio and a little weight lifting!! Plus, I no longer need to designate 2+hours of every night to studying!! It is now just being replaced by work--boo!!
However, good news........
Stomach flu for one week= 5 pound weight loss!!
I don't know how this is possible--and I know it sounds dumb, but I have been well now for almost a week, and the weight has not came back!! I am still exactly what I was at POST flu--minus almost another pound!! And I know what you are going to say--and no--I am not dehydrated. I have been eating/drinking/working out normal and have yet to gain it back!!
So I am just going to enjoy it--especially since I hadn't lost a pound for like 2 months........
HOORAY!
